How does costing work?
ERP data migration is billed on a time and materials basis, since every project is different. Costs depend on the volume of data, systems involved, and any clean-up required.
What is included?
✔ Migration of financial, customer, supplier, HR, or inventory data
✔ Data mapping from old system to new system
✔ Validation testing to ensure accuracy
What is not included (available as add-ons)?
❌ Large-scale custom development
❌ Complex integrations outside the migration scope
❌ Ongoing accounting, payroll, or CFO services
Are there any additional project expenses?
In some cases, out-of-pocket expenses may apply, such as:
Travel (at cost, with receipts or mileage logs)
Accommodation (if work is required outside your location)
Overtime if work extends beyond standard hours (1.5× weekdays, 2× Sundays)
